President

Bob started developing waterfront condominiums in Cape Coral in 1993. After four successful projects, in 1999 Bob became a partner in Island Harbor Construction with Bob Snow, founder of the company.

After Bob Snow retired in 2006, Bob Peterson became the president and Chief Executive Officer.
Project development has been Bob's focus for the past 17 years, designing home communities and condominium projects.

His love for creating these projects include his involvment with every phase of design, down to the smallest of details. His passion and ability to design landscaping can be recognized in every Island Harbor project.
In every possible way, simply stated, Bob is our leader, providing direction and most of all, inspiration.

After moving to Cape Coral in 1999, Sam joined Island Harbor Construction as its project manager having worked in construction and construction management most of his career.
His portfolio of projects include custom homes, midrise condominiums, retail, medical and general office spaces. Sam has built it all!..His expertise in every phase of construction allows Island Harbor Construction to successfully complete a wide variety of projects for its clients.
Sam has three basic philosophies for any successful enterprise:

Kathy joined Island Harbor Construction in 1999 as office manager and secretary. She has become the glue that holds the company's administrative functions together.

In addition to managing and processing receivables, payables.and payroll, she catalogs and updates the multitude of documents relating to our projects. From the initial filing of plans with building departments to following up to assure timely issuance of work permits to project commencement, Kathy is the "go to" person.

In her "spare time" she maintains all insurance and licensing requirements as well as interfacing with our attorneys and accountants to assure that all legal and fiduciary requirements associated with construction operations are in order.

Krifting...Island Harbor Construction's treasurer, has a formal education in the general field of accounting with an emphasis on the construction industry. However, his primary focus is real estate.

Krifting is a licensed real estate broker, providing a multitude a of services for Island Harbor Realty and Island Harbor Construction's clients, including marketing and sales. In this posttion he is able to offer significant assistance to new home buyers by researching and identifying potential building lots.

His experience and technical expertise contribute invaluable input to Island Harbor's development projects as well as an asset to the company's administration and accounting functions.

Linda...a creative and talented designer has 30 years experience working with a host of satisfied clients.
As design coordinator for Island Harbor Construction, she listens closely and assists homeowners to fulfill their goals and desires. Whether designing a beautiful and functional kitchen, a lavish and tranquil master bath, or an entertainment center that is a focal point, Linda guides our clients in how to best achieve their vision.

Experience in spatial planning and cabinetry helps Linda maximize the effectiveness of a space while keeping in mind the taste, interests and budget of her clients.
