Island Harbor Construction, founded in 1992, started as a builder of small, modest homes.

In the years following that humble beginning we have created a multitude of single family homes,
from small family homes to mini-mansions. Our portfolio also includes commercial properties

One of our proudest achievements is our gated waterfront community "West Cape Estates"
and its multi-million dollar custom homes.
